Today’s project is one that I have had some squares done for quite some time but just hadn’t decided what I wanted to make or how big I wanted it to be. This is a machine embroidery design set from Anita Goodesign and one of my favorites sets. I like the hexagon shaped blocks and, of course, the bee theme.
Since these blocks are a bit stiffer than I would like a quilt to be, I finally decided on making a wall hanging. Figuring out just what the shape is going to be will take a bit of moving the blocks around to see what I like best and to see if I need to make a few more blocks. I’m thinking a few more blocks will be needed.
